We don't seem to be getting a lot of interest, with just over a month to go.
Should we still carry on do you think?

Mini-forum

I've asked Matt F to set up a mini-forum for us, and move the relevant threads in there, which he'll do shortly and then I'll set up a proper rollcall thread, a Viking Splash thread and also post some details for the pub.

Details of the pub

I've spoken to Messrs Maguires and an area will be available for us from 4pm onwards. I said we'd have about 40 people and that we didn't require finger food (although we can still order from the menu)
No problem to hold our 'secret idea' although there is a DJ on in the pub from 10pm, so we'd probably want to get it out of the way reasonably early.
I wondered about a 'Promises Auction' - for example, Holly promised a Poi lesson for which Worm paid £20. That way, we don't have to spend out money on stuff that might not sell.
